Ukraine’s defense minister confirmed on Wednesday that Kiev had taken delivery of the Patriot air defense systems, saying they have made Ukrainian skies more secure.
Defense Minister Oleksiy Reznikov wrote on Twitter, “Our air guards mastered them as quickly as possible. And our allies have kept their word.” He did not specify which partners he was referring to, but his tweet thanked Germany’s defense minister.
