The second round of talks between Russia and Ukraine will be held on Wednesday, two days after the first round of talks did not yield any concrete results. As war broke out in Ukraine, an Indian student was killed in Russian shelling in Kharkiv.

  1. Ukraine said eight people were killed this evening in a Russian attack on a residential block in its second largest city, Kharkiv. Five people were killed and five injured in a missile attack on Kyiv’s main television tower, rejecting some state broadcasts but leaving the structure intact.
