The GRP officer said that the minor boy is a resident of Champaran district of Bihar. The accused Rawat, who is also from the boy’s village, had brought the child to Ulhasnagar on December 13 and promised his mother that he would make his life better by helping him get a good job.
The boy told the police in his statement that Mukesh got him a job in Siddiqui’s textile factory. After working there for a few days, he started missing his mother and decided to return to his village. However, on Monday night when he asked Siddiqui to pay him Rs 7,500 as wages, Siddiqui gave him a hundred rupee note and asked him to leave, the boy said.
The boy said that when he reached Kalyan railway station, two men asked him for his ticket and when the boy said that he did not have one, they threatened him that they would arrest him by the police and extort Rs 500 from him. do. The interesting thing is that after collecting the extortion from the child, the accused took him to Kalyan GRP, saying that he would meet him at the police station.
Kalyan GRP senior police inspector Valmiki Shardul said that an FIR has been registered against the four accused and a search is on for Mukesh.
