  • Twitter India’s interim resident grievance officer has left the micro-blogging site without a grievance officer under new IT rules to address grievances of Indian customers.
    Sources said Dharmendra Chatur, who was recently appointed interim resident grievance officer for India by Twitter, has resigned from the post.
    The social media company’s website no longer displays their name, as required under the Information Technology (Intermediate Guidelines and Digital Media Code of Conduct) Rules 2021.
