Twinkle Khanna’s reaction to Akshay Kumar prioritising bromance over romance on Valentine’s Day is too funny to be missed! Currently filming for Bade Miyan Chote Miyan abroad, Akshay shared a sneak peek of his Valentine’s Day celebration with co-star Tiger Shroff on his Instagram.
He posted photos with Tiger from the sets. In the caption, he quipped that he is picking bro-bonding over romance this year. “Bromance over romance this Valentine’s Day,” the caption read. Twinkle posted the photo on her Instagram Stories and cheekily shot back, “Celebrating Valentine’s Day with someone he clearly loves more than me!” with a wink emoji.
On Monday, Tiger Shroff also posted a behind-the-scenes photo with the Khiladi of Bollywood. In the photo, one can see Tiger Shroff and Akshay Kumar holding a gun and posing inside a helicopter.
The original Bade Miyan Chote Miyan was directed by David Dhawan. It starred Amitabh Bachchan and Govinda in titular roles and was released in 1998. On the other hand, the new Bade Miyan Chote Miyan was announced in February 2023. Directed by Ali Abbas Zafar and backed by Pooja Entertainment and AAZ films, the film promises to be the biggest blockbuster of 2024.
Meanwhile, Twinkle Khanna recently finished her master’s program in fiction writing at Goldsmiths, University of London. During her graduation, her husband, Akshay Kumar, turned out to be her biggest cheerleader. He shared a happy photo of themselves and also penned a heartwarming note. Akshay praised Twinkle and wrote, “Two years ago, when you told me you wanted to take up studies all over again, I wondered if you meant it. But the day I saw you work so hard and perfectly manage a full-fledged student life along with home, career, me, and kids, I knew I had married a superwoman.”
