On Monday, Korea Jongang Daily reported that South Korean publication The Days News carried a report featuring an unnamed tipper who accused Nam Joo-hyuk of bullying an unknown man at school for 6 years. The bullying incident reportedly took place between middle and high school. As evidence, the tipper allegedly produced a photograph from the yearbook. The accuser claimed that Joo-hyuk was part of a group that threatened, assaulted, abused other classmates, took their money, and more.

“They used to abuse students and beat them every day, not to mention pushing students to cut the line at lunchtime. They would often force other students to fetch snacks from the store and throw mechanical pencil leads from behind,” claimed the accused.
