The problems of Congress MLA Madanlal Jalalpur from Ghanaur in Patiala district of Punjab have increased. The Vice Chancellor (VC) of Punjabi University Patiala, Prof. Arvind has sent a defamation notice of 20 crores to Jalalpur. He has been asked to publicly apologize through the media within 15 days.

A few days ago, in the presence of CM Charanjit Channi, Jalalpur had called the VC a banda (man) of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS). Which was appointed by Captain Amarinder Singh as CM. Jalalpur had refused to even sit with him. CM also tried to convince Jalalpur, but he did not listen. Whose video became very viral on social media.

Jalalpur did high voltage drama

In the notice sent through Advocate Harchand Singh Bath, it was said that on November 24, there was a program in the university campus, the main organizer of which was VC Arvind. In this, senior officers of Patiala including CM Channi, Finance Minister Manpreet Badal, Higher Education Secretary Krishna Kumar were present. When the CM and the Finance Minister were holding a press conference in the Senate Hall, Jalalpur came there and started high voltage drama, after which he was called an RSS man. Despite being stopped by the people present there, Jalalpur did not remain silent.

I am not related to RSS or BJP, no party has joined

According to the VC, he has nothing to do with the RSS. Even he has no connection with the BJP, a political party affiliated with the RSS. He is not even a member of any political party. I have not been appointed by any CM, but I have been selected on the basis of merit.
