Rohtak. Dera Sacha Sauda Sirsa chief Gurmeet Ramrahim Singh, who is serving life sentence in Sunaria jail in Rohtak district of Haryana, has made his plea before the Human Rights Commission. In the plea, Ram Rahim has said that he is troubled by the white beard. Allow the beard to be colored. He has made a request to the jail administration about this many times, but the jail administration is not giving him approval for this. He has been waiting for the approval of the jail administration for a long time. But not approved yet. In fact, Justice Mittal, chairman of the Haryana Human Rights Commission, had recently inspected the Sunaria jail. During which Gurmeet raised the demand to color the beard. But so far no decision has been taken on this. This request of Ram Rahim remains a topic of discussion in the country and the state at this time.

Sentenced on 27 August 2017

Gurmeet Singh was sentenced to 20 years in prison by a special CBI court on 27 August 2017 in the Sadhvi sexual assault case. After this, he was sentenced to life imprisonment in the murder case. However, the court convicted him and sent him to Sunaria jail on 25 August 2017. He is serving his sentence in jail since this day. He has also come out of jail three to four times on medical examination and emergency parole. But till now he has not got parole. Ram Rahim has applied for parole, citing sometimes farming and sometimes ailing mother. Most of the time their application gets rejected. Greeting cards for Gurmeet Ram Rahim on his birthday on August 15 and thousands of rakhis were also sent by followers on Raksha Bandhan.

Writes a letter from jail: If Waheguru wishes, I will be among you soon

Gurmeet Ram Rahim’s weight has also reduced, so he keeps on writing letters to his followers in between. It is written in every letter that Waheguru will soon be among you if he so desires. But his wish has not been fulfilled yet. Ram Rahim wrote a letter to his supporters to follow the Kovid rules even during the Corona period. Whenever Ram Rahim is brought out of the jail, the police are present at every corner. Not only this, the matter of getting them out of jail and bringing them back inside is kept secret for a long time.

Meham DSP has been suspended for adding VIP guest

Ram Rahim was taken to AIIMS Delhi recently for medical examination. They were claimed to be escorted under tight security. But later it was revealed that the responsibility of security was entrusted to Meham DSP Shamsher Singh Dahiya, who introduced the VIP guest to Gurmeet in the middle of the way. When this entire episode was investigated, DSP Shamsher Singh Dahiya was suspended. Now DSP Mahesh Kumar is handling the responsibility in Meham.
