Travis Barker, Blink-182 drummer, who was diagnosed with severe pancreatitis last Tuesday after experiencing excruciating pain in his right abdomen, is now on his way to recovery. The punk rockstar was recently seen returning to his studio for an impromptu rock session. This comes as a breath of fresh air for his fans as they were worried due to his sudden hospitalization. His newly wed wife Kourtney Kardashian was with him when he was taken to the hospital on a stretcher. Later, Courtney reveals Travis’s illness and clears the confusion.
The ace drummer has now gotten better and a friend was slapped while entering his studio. Earlier, he was also seen spending time with his wife Kourtney and their two kids Penelope and Reigns as the couple took a short trip to the beach. Kourtney shared moments from that trip on her Instagram. Although no one could see Barker, his black paint on the car’s pedals was evidence of their leisurely escape.
Travis Barker also received a bouquet of white roses from the Kardashian sisters as a token of his soon-to-be recovery. She shared the beautiful flower post on her Instagram handle and expressed her gratitude to Kim Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian, Kendall Jenner and Kylie Jenner.
During the drummer’s health scare, Kourtney Kardashian was stunned. A source told ET! “Kourtney was extremely concerned about Travis when he began to feel unwell. She has been with Travis in everything and is constantly taking care of him and making sure he is okay.” The source also spoke about the reaction of the rest of the Kardashian-Jenner family.
“His family was also really scared, but everyone is glad that Travis is now well and receiving amazing care,” the source added.
Not long ago, Kourtney Kardashian called out the paparazzi for not respecting her privacy and spreading rumors about her newly wed husband being hospitalized. Through his social media handle, the Push founder clarified his stand and slammed the photographers for selling his old photographs under the guise of a new vision.
“And to the paparazzi, who sold pictures of me “out and about” fighting for my life in my husband’s hospital… pics)….I haven’t forgotten about you.” Kourtney said via ET.
