Between the third wave of Corona and incidents like floods, landslides, the gathering of tourists in Himachal Pradesh is not decreasing. On Monday, Himachal Police said that a record 18,500 tourists are reaching the state daily. Out of this, 7,500 tourists are coming here to see the famous tourist spot Atal Tunnel Rohtang.

Himachal DGP said that, we have not seen such a large number of tourists coming to the state before. During the increasing cases of Corona, the police is controlling this crowd very well.

CM said – tourists cannot be stopped from coming
On Monday itself, the Chief Minister of the state Jai Ram Thakur had said that the tourism industry of the state has suffered a lot due to the coronavirus pandemic. In such a situation, it is not right to stop tourists from coming. He also said that the crowded place is being monitored to prevent the spread of corona.
