Chennai: The Tamil Nadu Directorate of Government Examinations (TNDGE) will declare the class twelfth The results of eight lakh students studying in the state board at 11 am on Monday.
Students can check their result by entering their date of birth and roll number on the following website www.tnresults.nic.in, www.dge1.tn.nic.in, www.dge2.tn.nic.in, www.dge. .tn.gov.in. Students will also receive their marks through SMS on their registered mobile numbers.
They can also download their mark sheet from the website www.dge.tn.gov.in and www.dge.tn.nic.in on 22nd July from 11 AM onwards. They have to register their date of birth and roll number to download their mark sheet.
Marks will not be rounded off in class XII mark sheet this year. Instead, there will be two decimal points in the subject marks to break the tie in the ranking for engineering and arts and science admissions.
The state government canceled the class XII board exams due to the COVID-19 pandemic. An expert committee suggested giving marks on the basis of class X and XI board examination and class XII practical examination and internal assessment. There will be a weightage of 50% in class X marks, 20% in class XI and 30% in class XII while calculating the marks.
