  • Heat the pan on high flame.
  • Add a smidgen of the oil and shake the pan to spread the drops across the surface of the pan.
  • Heat the pan until smoke starts coming out of the pan.
  • Keep the pan aside for some time.
  • When it’s time to cook, reheat the pan. Now if you fry the rice, it will not stick to the pan.
