As per reports, Vikas Kumar, apart from acting, is also known for training some of the biggest names in the film industry as a dialogue coach.
He disclosed at a media appearance that he was an industrious learner with a strong interest in languages since his childhood. Professionally he has taught dialects to Prithviraj Sukumaran in Salaar: Part One: Ceasefire, Vidya Balan in Ishqiya, Babil Khan in Railway Men, Katrina Kaif in Tiger 3 and Merry Christmas, and many more. He said in the interview, “When I am doing classes with the actors, I learn every day and share my experiences.”
He also expressed his desire to collaborate with superstar Shah Rukh Khan. He admires Khan’s dialogue delivery immensely and is a huge fan of his. So, he keenly wants an opportunity to work with him in any capacity. Vikas jokingly said, “I don’t think he needs dialogue coaching in any way, but the closest I can get is that I’m from Bihar. I might infuse a little bit of ‘Santosh’ (from Kala Pani) into his dialogue delivery.”
Vikas is also well-known for portraying Inspector Rajat in the iconic television series CID. He also earned huge praise for his performance.
After Aarya, Vikas Kumar is currently busy with his upcoming project titled Uljhan. The story is set in London and revolves around an upper-caste family. The film is also said to star Saloni Batra, known for her roles in movies like Animal and Soni.
