Former Pakistan captain and fast bowler Wasim Akram feels that the former RCB captain should bat with an open stance to negate the effect of the inswinging ball, adding that it is important for him to use the straight bat against left-arm fast bowlers. It would be better to play
“I think Kohli should bat with an open stance in the beginning, only negotiating the incoming deliveries for the first few overs. This will prevent the inswinging delivery from hitting their pads.
