Tamil star Thalapathy Vijay’s next film Beast will hit the theaters on 13 April 2022. The pre-bookings of the film have already started in various parts of the world and Thalapathy fans can’t wait to see their favorite actor ruling the screens in the United States as well. According to a report, Beast has done business of Rs 1.9 crore in bookings in the United States of America.
After Arbi Kuthu and Jolly O Gymkhana, the makers of Beast released the third single titled Beast Mode. Anirudh Ravichander has lent his voice to the track, which is the theme song of the action-comedy.
Some glimpses of the number were also shown in the powerful trailer of Beast.
The Beast stars Vijay in the role of Veera Raghavan, a highly trained spy who will rescue people held hostage in a shopping mall by terrorists. The film stars Pooja Hegde as the female lead, while Selvaraghavan, Yogi Babu, Radin Kingsley, Ankur Ajit Vikal, Shine Tom Chacko will be seen in lead roles.
Nelson Dilipkumar has written and directed the Beast, while the film is handled by Sun Pictures.
R. Nirmal and Manoj Paramhans have handled the editing and cinematography of the film respectively.
Vijay’s 65th film as a lead actor was earlier to be written and directed by AR Murugadoss. However, Murugadoss was kicked out of the film in October 2020 by the makers after he refused to cut his remuneration for the film. Nelson Dilipkumar was later hired and wrote a new screenplay for Vijay’s 65th film, now titled Beast.
Beast is one of the much-awaited films of 2022, and its popularity can be gauged from the fact that when the first look poster of the film was shared via Vijay’s official Twitter last year, it became the most liked in the entertainment segment. and became a retweeted tweet.
