The main condition for buying a concentrator was that there should be a guarantee of one to three years.

In the name of emergency, he bought Chinese concentrate and sold it to the government.

Concentrators were also procured from the company which was blacklisted by RMSC in 2019. Financial rules have also been violated in concentrate purchase. Under the rules, tax is paid to a company after the goods are delivered, but companies selling concentrates in the state were paid 12% GST first. The Center had reduced the GST rate on the concentrate to 5%, yet 12% was paid. Concentrators of many companies have not arrived yet.

Health workers said – take away this concentrator not of use for Kovid patients
