Delhi Metro News: There was a stir in a train on the Blue Line of Delhi Metro on Monday when a spark went out in a compartment. Visuals from the train showed passengers running from the emergency exit near the Yamuna Bank metro station.

The Blue Line connects Dwarka Sector-21 in Delhi and Noida Electronic City with a branch line to Vaishali.

Due to spark, the metro stopped midway and due to technical problem, there was a ruckus.

Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) issued a statement on this matter saying that services are getting delayed. However, there was no mention of panic.

The entire Blue Line has been affected due to OHE (overhead equipment) fault at Yamuna Bank station. News agency PTI reported that the trains were running at a slower speed than normal.
