Thalapathy 66, Vijay’s next, is one of the most awaited films in South India. The team at Thalapathy 66 is doing a great job of keeping the fans updated on all the developments. The makers have now announced that the second schedule of the film is over.
Recently, there were reports that Vijay has finally completed the second schedule, which took place in Hyderabad after he was snapped at the Chennai airport. Now, the makers of the film have confirmed the same on Twitter. He wrote, “And this is a schedule wrap for Thalapathy. The team had a wonderful time shooting the crucial sequences in this schedule. Excited to start my next schedule soon.”
Along with the news, we can also see a new BTS poster of the film, in which Vijay can be seen interacting with the film’s director Vamshi Paidipally.

Directed by Dil Raju and Shirish under their banner Sri Venkateswara Creations, the makers have wrapped up a 25-day long schedule with most of the cast. According to reports, the team has canceled some of the most important sequences of the schedule.
Touted as a family entertainer, the film has a stellar star cast featuring a Kannada diva. Rashmika Mandanna Playing Vijay’s love interest. Prakash Raj, Prabhu, Sarath Kumar, Jayasudha, Srikkanth, Sham along with Yogi Babu, Sangeeta and Sanyukta who played important roles in the film also participated in the event. The newest addition to the cast is Mehreen Pirzada.
Talking about the technical team, the story of the film has been written by director Vamshi himself in collaboration with writers Hari and Ashish Solomon. Thalapathy 66 is being developed on a large scale with lavish production quality, and renowned craftsmen are working on various crafts to make them spectacular to behold.
Apart from this, renowned composer S Thaman is composing the music and background score for the film. While Kartik Palani is in charge of cinematography, KL Praveen is handling the editing. The film, set for Pongal 2023 release, is co-produced by Sri Harshit Reddy and Sri Hansitha.
