Renowned for its design, size, engine, and comfort, the Superb is making a comeback in India. Details regarding any special or new features in the upcoming model remain undisclosed.

New Skoda Will Return As CBU

Skoda will introduce the new Superb in India through the completely built unit (CBU) route, meaning they will import the car instead of manufacturing it locally. Under government regulations outlined in GSR 870, only 250 can import units annually.

Sources indicate that the company intends to bring just 100 units of the Superb into India. According to available information, the anticipated price range for the new Superb is approximately Rs 43 lakh to Rs 45 lakh.

The new Skoda Superb will feature a BS6-compliant 2.0-liter four-cylinder turbo petrol engine, delivering 190hp of power and 320Nm of torque, paired with a 7-speed DCT gearbox. It is capable of accelerating from 0-100 mph in 7.8 seconds, showcasing its impressive performance.

With a top speed of 210 kilometers per hour, the engine promises remarkable power output. In terms of safety features, the car will include a 360-degree camera, ADAS, anti-lock braking system, EBD, and six airbags.
