In a village under Parikshitgarh police station area, a 17-year-old girl lived in the village with her sister and mother. But lover Shadab kept refusing to marry.
FIR of molestation on Shadab and his brother on 16 February
The dispute between the girl and her boyfriend Shadab started in February this year. The girl and her mother lodged an FIR on 16 February 2021 at Parikshitgarh police station. It said that Shadab molested his brother Munavvar and Gulsher, the son of their uncle’s uncle. And enter the house and disturb. After which the police registered an FIR against all three. But when the police tried to get to the bottom of the matter, the truth came out.
A police official said that Shadab and the girl had a love affair and the two talked on their mobiles more than 300 times in 50 days in January-February. This was revealed from the call details of the mobile. In which the girl wanted to marry Shadab. Later the police recorded the statements of 164 of the girl. In which the girl included the name of her third brother Ashraf along with Shadab, her brother Munawar. Shadab was accused of rape. The police increased the section of rape against Shadab in the case registered earlier.
Investigating officer suspended
SSP Prabhakar Chaudhary has suspended SSI Shivraj Singh, who is investigating in the case of the girl’s suicide. The investigation of the entire matter has been handed over to CO Sadar Dehat Poonam Sirohi. Now the investigation of this matter will be done by CO Sadar Dehat.
Shadab absconded after turning off his mobile
In this case, when a case of rape was registered against Shadab and the police started looking for him, Shadab along with his brother Munnawar escaped from the house. The police raided Delhi and Roorkee several times in search of Shadab and his brother. But both did not get hold of. Both did not come home due to the lockdown. On the other hand, the girl started demanding the arrest of the accused continuously.

SP Dehat Keshav Kumar says that in the preliminary investigation, it has come to light that the girl committed suicide by consuming poisonous substances. The post-mortem of the dead body is being done. In the complaint given by the girl’s family, investigation has been started against 12 people of Shadab Paksha by registering a case at Parikshitgarh police station. An investigation has been started into the role of the SSI who is investigating the case filed earlier. A fair investigation is being done in the entire matter.
