Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) Director General Mrityunjay Mohapatra said that Cyclone Asani will move from Andaman Sea to Bay of Bengal on Saturday evening. After this, rain will occur in many districts of Bengal, Odisha and Jharkhand from 8. He predicted that the cyclone could hit the coasts of Odisha or Andhra. During this, the wind speed can range from 75 to 90 KMPH.

Odisha on high alert, warning for fishermen
Odisha Special Relief Commissioner PK Jena said that on Saturday we will instruct the teams of NDRF and ODRAF to land on the field. He said that after the suggestion of the Indian Coast Guard, we have asked the fishermen not to go into the sea. The state government is on alert mode.
