In fact, America has decided to donate about 7 million doses of Moderna to India. When the Central Government got information about this, the application was made to the company. Soon after, the Drug Controller General of India also allowed the Moderna Vaccine for emergency use.
With this, Moderna also became the fourth Kovid vaccine of the country, but even after giving permission, India has not received a single consignment of this vaccine so far.
Earlier, while issuing a statement, the US government said that there is a delay on the part of the Indian government. They have a consignment of vaccine ready. If they get a reply from India soon, the consignment will be released.
