Thane: A 32-year-old man has been arrested for allegedly stabbing his neighbor to death after the latter suspected him of stealing his mobile phone, police said.

The accused got irritated and angrily picked up a sharp knife and approached the victim and after a heated argument, allegedly cut off her hand and also mercilessly hit her in the chest.
The heavy bleeding victim succumbed to which the accused was arrested under sections 302, 504 and 506 Daighar Police.
