TCS revenue grew 19.1 percent year-on-year to Rs 58,229 crore during April-June 2022

TCS Q3FY23 Earnings: India’s largest IT services company Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) on Monday reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 10,846 crore for the September 2022 quarter, an 11 per cent jump on a year-on-year basis. During October-December 2022, TCS’s revenue increased by 19.1 percent year-on-year to Rs 58,229 crore.

The board of TCS declared a third interim dividend of Rs 8 and a special dividend of Rs 67 on every Re 1 equity share of the company. “The third interim dividend and special dividend will be paid on Friday, the 3rd of February to the equity shareholders of the Company whose names appear in the register of members of the Company or in the records of the depositories as beneficial owners of the shares. Tuesday, the 17th of January , 2023, which is the record date fixed for the purpose,” according to a regulatory filing.

Ahead of the results announcement, shares of Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) on Monday jumped Rs 107.7, or 3.35 per cent, to close at Rs 3,319.7 on the BSE.
