Tatva Chintan IPO: Tattva Chintan Pharma Chem. Ltd. entered the stock market on 16 July with an IPO of Rs 500 crore. The IPO was received positively with a subscription of 180.36 per cent. The chemical maker’s stock bid pushed up the gray market premium (GMP) to nearly 100 percent of the opening price band.

The open price band with the IPO was Rs 1,073 to Rs 1,083 per equity share, while the GMP was Rs 1,000. The stock is trading in the range of Rs 2,073 and Rs 2,083 per share in the gray market. According to reports, the company is filing its allotment basis today.

Subscriptions multiplied by issue

Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) had reserved 50 per cent stake in Tattva Chintan IPO. Non-institutional investors (NIIs) accounted for 15 per cent and retail investors the remaining 35 per cent. According to reports, the issue was subscribed 35.35 times in the retail category, 185.23 times in the QIB category and 512.22 times in the NII category. Tattva Chintan is scheduled to be listed on the stock exchange on July 29. However, it is yet to be confirmed.

  • First of all go to the official website of BSE through the URL given below. https://www.bseindia.com/investors/appli_check.aspx
  • This link will take you to the ‘Status of Issue Application’ page. There, you have to select the ‘Equity’ option
  • Click on ‘Tattva Chintan Pharma Chem’. Limited issue name in Dropbox
  • Then, enter your application number and PAN number
  • To verify yourself, click I’m not a robot, and then click Search. Then you will see the application status

How to check on issue registrar’s website?

  • First of all you need to visit Link Intime India website through given below URL https://linkintime.co.in/MIPO/Ipoallotment.html.
  • After that, select Tattva Chintan Pharma Chem. Limited IPO option in drop-down list
  • To verify yourself, you need to enter one of the four credentials provided. These credentials include PAN number, your application
  • Number, DP Client ID or IFSC Code / Account Number
  • After that, select the application type and enter its details
  • Next, you need to enter the captcha code and click on the ‘Submit’ button
