A case of rape has come to light in a tattoo parlor in Kerala. Celebrity tattoo artist Sujish PS, who runs Inkfected Studio in Kochi, was accused of rape by an 18-year-old girl on Friday. The girl, who went to get a tattoo done on the lower back, has alleged that Sujeesh has raped her. She narrated her full story on social media. Following the victim’s post, 2 more women came to the fore who mentioned a similar incident about the same tattoo parlor. One says that when he shared the post on Instagram, 20 more women came who also told about the rape in this studio.

4 cases registered against artist
Tattooing is in trend these days. But, what happened in a tattoo parlor in Kochi led to many cases. Actually, an 18-year-old girl was allegedly raped in the parlor. The girl has shared this entire incident by writing a Facebook post. After this the police has taken cognizance of the matter and is taking action. Not only this, after coming to the fore of this post, many victims have come forward with whom the accused has tried to assault.

The girl wrote in her post, she wanted to get a tattoo done on her lower back. For this he needed privacy. The artist started asking sexual questions while making the tattoo. This made her uncomfortable. He then raped her by threatening to kill her.

The victim says, I wanted to run away from there. I never thought that I would get stuck like this. I couldn’t say a word. I couldn’t stop him. I just felt like I would die there. I didn’t say no. I was feeling exhausted.

The victim’s post was followed by two more women who mentioned a similar incident about the same tattoo parlor. One says that when he shared the post on Instagram, 20 more women came who mentioned similar incident.

Tattoo studio owner clueless
A senior officer said, in such a case, the written statement of the girl is required. After that we will do medical. We have talked on the number, then a person has picked up the phone and said that he will tell in some time whether he has to make a written complaint or not. Police say that after seeing the tattoo studio closed, we also went to its owner’s house. But, that too got closed.

Police is trying to contact the girl so that she can make a written complaint. The tattoo artist, on the other hand, is denying the allegations. However, the tattoo studio is currently closed.
