Taraka Ratna had 90% blockage on the left side of his heart, says Nandmuri Balakrishna

Actor-politician Taraka Ratna, Jr NTR’s elder cousin, has been hospitalized after suffering a heart attack in Andhra Pradesh’s Kuppam while participating in a rally on Saturday. The actor’s condition remains critical at a hospital in Bengaluru. His uncle Nandamuri Balakrishna visits him and reveals that he is being treated and there is nothing to worry about.

Balayya interacted with the media and shared health updates. He shared, “All his parameters are fine, they have given first aid and taken care of him.” The Veera Simha Reddy actor also mentioned that there is nothing to worry about and suggested that they take him to Bengaluru for further treatment. Balakrishna said, “He had a heart attack and his valves were blocked.”

Balayya also said that when Tarak Ratna reached the hospital, he did not have a pulse. The pulse had resumed and he was taken to a major hospital for further treatment. Taraka had 90 per cent blockage in the left side of her heart and her blood pressure was normal.

Taraka Ratna was shifted to Narayana Hrudayalaya Hospital in Bengaluru on Sunday. As per the latest health update shared with the journalists, Tarak Ratna’s condition is still critical but is responding to the treatment. “He is still critical but is responding to treatment which is a good sign. With the blessings of our grandfathers and the prayers of Nandamuri fans, Tarakaratna should recover soon,” Jr. NTR has said.

Karnataka Health Minister Dr Sudhakar K also visited Taraka Ratna in Bengaluru.

Ratna collapsed while participating in a political rally of Lokesh, son of TDP leader Nara Chandra Babu. Reportedly, he attended a puja and then attended prayers at a mosque and collapsed. He was immediately taken to the hospital for treatment.
