Tamil Nadu: CM, officials are spending hours on the ground for relief work. Coimbatore News – Times of India

The spectacle of Chief Minister MK Stalin, senior ministers and IAS/IPS officers wrapped in sleeves and wearing gloves and gum boots, visiting flooded areas and overseeing relief measures has taken residents by surprise.
R Gauri Shankar And Mahalakshmi NS perambur Originally worried whether their wedding would take place on Monday because of the rain. But the event became even more memorable for the couple, as Stalin saw them on the street, blessed them personally and even presented them with a cash gift. While returning home after the wedding, the couple saw Stalin’s entourage at Kannadas Nagar. He shook his hand at her, but she didn’t expect him to stop.
To his surprise, Stalin asked his driver to reverse the car. He not only got down from the vehicle to bless the couple, but also gave them Rs 1,000 each as a cash gift. “He asked me to take good care of his wife, and blessed us. I will frame this mudra and never use it. I will never forget this incident in my life,” said Shankar.
HRD and CE Minister PK Shekhar Babu Recalls how Stalin entered a house in Satya Nagar, which was at least ready to host him. “He sat there and inquired about their grievances. This attitude sets an example for all of us. When the Chief Minister himself is traveling hundreds of kilometers, we do not feel like sitting at home at all.
Chennai Corporation Commissioner Gagandeep Singh Bedi says that some problems can be solved only through field visits. “Many officials and ministers were worried about the stagnant water in T Nagar. When we visited the spot, we found that there were two blockages in the Mambalam canal. When it was removed, the water started flowing freely,” he said.
