Now a video is going viral, in which it can be seen that two youths are distributing a pamphlet on which the photographs of old actors of TMKOC were printed. The video was posted on Instagram by social media creator Yaine Matta. He is carrying pictures of Taarak Mehta series and every actor who left the show including Dayaben, Sodi, Taarak and Anjali. ‘Bring back Taarak Mehta’s old actors’ is written on the board. The social media creator also promised that if the video crosses 100K views, he will reach out to Asit Kumar Modh, the producer of the show. In the clip, he is also seen taking thumbprint petitions from several people to bring back the old actors.

Disha Vakani aka Dayaben took a break from the show while she was pregnant. She is yet to join the serial even though it has been more than four years since she took a break. Before and after him, the series bid goodbye to several actors including Shailesh Lodha, Neha Mehta, Gurcharan Singh, Bhavya Gandhi and Nidhi Bhanushali.
