Taapsee Pannu doesn’t ‘miss’ Kangana Ranaut on Twitter

Mumbai: Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut, who awaits the release of her next film ‘Haseen Dilruba’ on July 2, spoke about the ban on Kangana Ranaut’s Twitter account in a conversation with a leading publication.

Taapsee and Kangana are face to face with each other on social media and they had an altercation on Twitter. But the ‘Tanu Weds Manu’ actress’ Twitter account got suspended earlier this year and since then Ranaut has been giving updates on her Instagram. While giving an interview to Hindustan Times, when asked about Kangana’s Twitter ban, Taapsee said that she doesn’t remember the ‘Thalaivi’ actress on the microblogging site and that she is ‘very irrelevant’ to her personal life .

Taapsee was quoted by the publication as saying, “No, I don’t miss her. I didn’t miss him, or even want him before. He is very irrelevant to me, my personal life. He is an actor, he is a collaborator in this regard. But more than that, she holds no relevance in my life. I have no feelings for him, good or bad. And I think both hate and love come from the heart.”

Further adding that Kangana doesn’t care for her, Taapsee said, “If you hate someone, it comes from the heart. But the worst is when you don’t care, when you don’t care about that person.” are indifferent to a person when that person doesn’t hold any value or relevance in your life. I think that’s the worst feeling one person can have for another. And that is, so I don’t care. Doesn’t matter.”

A few days back, Kangana’s sister Rangoli Chandel took a dig at Taapsee and called her a ‘scary fan’ of the ‘Dhaakad’ actress. She wrote, “This is not a creepy fan, who obsessively copies not only every interview and style but models the entire work but on a smaller scale and makes unkind and mean comments about the legend. Today again, when I look at it I am surprised the copy looks fine, but for claiming the saree to be cool…hmm you are not getting away with this honey @taapsee.

On the professional front, Kangana will be seen in ‘Thalaivi’, ‘Tejas’ and ‘Dhaakad’. She will also step in place of former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi for the ‘Emergency’. On the other hand, Taapsee has several projects – ‘Haseen Dilruba’, ‘Rashmi Rocket’, ‘Loop Lapeta’, ‘Shabash Mithu’ and ‘Dobaara’.
