The players of the Indian cricket team took the ‘Dalgona Candy Challenge’ from the popular Korean series ‘Squid Game’. Netflix shows are currently one of the top trends in social media and India players made sure they join the discussion in this video posted by ICC. The challenge, which is part of one of the episodes of the hit show, requires players to carve a small shape drawn into candy without breaking it. Those who do not do so are killed.

The ICC wrote in its Instagram post accompanying the video, “India tested in a nerve-wracking game. The stars of the Indian cricket team are put to the test with a game made famous by one of the world’s most talked about shows.” added.

Varun, Rahul, Suryakumar and Bumrah fail to make the cut as they break their candy while trying to carve the shapes. However, Rohit and Shami succeed, as they patiently manage to cut the shapes out of the candy with surgical precision.
