Swara Bhasker expressed her gratitude to the doctors and medical staff for their support during the period of her pregnancy.

Swara Bhasker and her husband Fahad Ahmad are presently on cloud nine as they recently embraced parenthood. After getting married earlier this year, the couple welcomed their firstborn, a baby girl on September 23, 2023. Announcing the news on their social media handles, the two shared adorable pictures with the daughter while looking all happy and blessed. While they continue enjoying this new journey of parenthood, Swara Bhasker recently opened up about her experience of childbirth. Calling it a “blessing and the hardest thing” that she has ever done, the actress expressed gratitude for all the help and support that she received from the doctors and the teams at the hospital.

Speaking to ETimes, the actress while calling the birth of her daughter “a blessing” said, “I can’t believe that women have done this for millennia with and without epidurals and multiple times!!” Also, expressing gratitude for the help and support at the hospital, the actress said, “I and Fahad are so grateful for all the help and support that we got from the doctors, the teams, and the staff at the hospital, and also our family, friends, and well-wishers. We are blessed to be enveloped in love. The birthing experience really makes you realise that we don’t thank our mothers enough.”

Swara Bhasker welcomed her daughter Raabiyaa in September this year. Prior to her delivery, she also had a baby shower in the company of her close friends and family. The couple announced the birth of their daughter with a heartfelt caption. They also announced the name of their daughter in the same post. Keeping the baby’s face hidden, the actress was seen holding her while her husband was smiling at them. “A prayer heard, a blessing granted, a song whispered, a mystic truth.. Our baby girl Raabiyaa was born on 23rd September 2023. With grateful and happy hearts, thank you for your love! It’s a whole new world,” their caption read.

Since then the couple has been sharing some adorable pictures on social media, giving a glimpse into their journey of parenthood. Recently, they held a ‘chhathi puja’ on the sixth day of their little munchkin’s birth.
