On the occasion of Durga Ashtami, late actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s sister Shweta Singh Kriti posted a heartwarming note on social media and prayed for justice to the goddess.
Shweta posted a picture of Sushant on her social media handle and wrote, “You were, you are and you will always be our pride! See how much love you have inculcated in every heart..they are fighting tirelessly for you!”
“I pray to Maa Durga…” Maa please let the truth come out, please give some peace to our roaring hearts,” she added in her note.
Sushant, who was known for portraying diverse roles with perfection, died at the age of 34 from an alleged suicide in his apartment on June 14, 2020. It’s been over a year, but the nation is still feeling the void left by the late actor.
The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) is also probing the drugs angle in the actor’s death case after receiving official communication from the Enforcement Directorate (ED), which found various chats related to consumption, purchase, use and transportation of the drug.
The ED had registered an Enforcement Case Information Report in connection with the death of the late actor on July 31 last year after a First Information Report (FIR) was filed by Sushant’s father KK Singh against actor Rhea Chakraborty in Bihar on July 28. .
