Actor Suriya has mourned the demise of one of his fans due to prolonged illness. The actor has also shared a note for Rajendran on Twitter.
Along with a picture of his fan, Suriya in a moving comment said, “My brother Rajendran from Pondicherry, who has a grandson and is above me, left us due to ill health. Their unacceptable loss throws them back into grief. As a brother, I share his family’s grief.”

The news comes a few days after Jagdish, secretary of Suriya’s fan club, died in an accident. When Surya came to know about this news, he immediately went to his house in Namakkal to pay his last respects.
On the work front, Suriya made his commercially successful cinematic debut in Vasanth’s Nerukku Ner in 1997. Later he acted in popular movies like Perianna, Nanda, Pithamagan, Ghajini, Aaru, Vel, Ayan, Singam, NGK, Jai Bheem and many more. ,
He was recently seen in the Tamil language action thriller film Vikram. The film is written and directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, and produced by Raj Kamal Films International. The film stars Kamal Haasan, Vijay Sethupathi and Fahadh Faasil in the lead roles. Suriya made a cameo appearance. Overall the film received positive reviews from critics.
