New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Friday adjourned the hearing of a case till November 16. The West Bengal government, in its suit, cited the provisions of the Delhi Special Police Establishment Act 1946 to say that the Central Bureau of Investigation is investigating and registering FIRs without the concurrence of the state government, as mandated under the law.
