Strict action against wrongdoers soon: Punjab CM Channi Ludhiana News – Times of India

Ludhiana: Punjab Chief Minister Charanjit Singh Channi Said on Thursday that his government was bound to punish illegal activities and scams in the state.
Addressing the gathering after laying the foundation stone of Ravidas Auditorium at East End Club, the Chief Minister said that strict action would be taken against those involved in illegal sand mining, sacrilege, irrigation scam or post matric scholarship scheme.
The CM said that any person, no matter how rich he is, will be made accountable for his actions. He said that even the political people involved in these crimes will not be spared.
Attacking Aam Aadmi Party chief Arvind Kejriwal, the CM urged people to be alert to “nefarious plans to grab power”.
He said that Kejriwal’s promises are a bundle of lies which differ from state to state.
