A strange case has come to the fore in Odisha. 63 chickens died of heart attack due to DJ and fireworks playing at a wedding in Nilgiris of Balasore district. The owner of the poultry farm, Ranjit Kumar Parida, has lodged an FIR regarding the matter.

Parida told news agency AFP that a procession was passing through her poultry farm at around 11.30 midnight on Sunday. During this, Kanfodu DJ was being played at the wedding. Along with this, the people involved in the procession were also lighting fireworks. He also appealed to the band players to lower their voice, but the groom’s friends started quarreling with him.

The doctor told the cause of death to be a heart attack
The next morning, when he asked an animal doctor about the cause of death, he told that the chickens lost their lives due to a heart attack. After this, Parida reached the married house seeking compensation. After the denial of compensation, Parida lodged an FIR against the organizers at the Nilgiri police station.

The accused said – we had reduced the voice
At the same time, accused Ramchandra Parida laughed at Ranjit Kumar Parida’s allegations and said – horns and other noises are made when chickens are taken from vehicles on the roads. In such a situation, how is it possible that the chickens will die due to DJ. However, when he came to me and complained about the loud noise, we lowered the sound.

Parida told the loss of 180 kg chicken
Parida told that I lost about 180 kg chicken because of the loud noise, as the birds probably died of shock. Nilgiri police station in-charge Draupadi Das said that she has called both Parida and her neighbor for reconciliation on the complaint.
