SRK’s ‘Dunki’ To Have First Show At 5:55 am, The Earliest In Gaiety’s History

Bollywood icon Shah Rukh Khan’s film ‘Dunki’ is set to debut with its first screening at 5:55 am in Mumbai’s iconic Gaiety Galaxy. This marks the earliest showing in the history of the theater, breaking the tradition of no films being screened before 12 pm at this cinema hall.

The screening is arranged by SRK’s fan club, SRK Universe, which had previously organized early morning screenings for both ‘Pathaan’ and ‘Jawan’ at Gaiety as well. In addition to this, the fan club has coordinated a series of special screenings on 1000 screens worldwide, a remarkable accomplishment in its own right.

The fan club shared the update on its official X page. They posted “After first ever 9 am show at Gaiety (#Pathaan), first ever 6 am show at Gaiety (#Jawan) thrilled to announce we are organizing first ever 5:55 am show at Gaiety (555) for Dunki!.

Dunki’s advance booking is now open, as shared by SRK on social media. Fans worldwide are urged to book their tickets quickly. Additionally, there are reports that Dunki received a standing ovation after a screening for the censor board in Dubai at Voc Cinemas.

‘Dunki’ marks the first-time collaboration between SRK and Rajkumar Hirani, with Taapsee Pannu and Vicky Kaushal playing significant roles. Co-written by Abhijat Joshi, Rajkumar Hirani, and Kanika Dhillon, the film is set to release worldwide in cinemas on December 21.
