News18.com had earlier reported that Shah Rukh, who was working on two films – Pathan, had to travel to Spain for which he was supposed to. In the first week of October, and filmmaker Atlee’s next – both projects were put on hold indefinitely. The actor was supposed to return to work, about a week after Aryan’s birthday on November 13.
Now it is learned that the actor has given the nod to Yash Raj Films for the next schedule of Pathan. Shahrukh is now feeling relieved after Aryan got bail. He decided that he wanted to spend some time with the family before diving deeper into work again. But the actor has given a primary nod for the Spain schedule which, if everything goes according to plan, is expected to start early next month,” the source revealed.
The source further reveals that there are some unseen locations in Spain that have been finalized for shooting, “Seville, Majorca, Cardez, Jerez de la Frontera, Valdemosa, Riyadh Lolita Tarif are some of the shortlisted locations. These are the places where no Bollywood film has been shot before. Pathan’s team will shoot two romantic songs featuring the lead pair of Shah Rukh and Deepika Padukone.
Apart from the romantic songs, there are also some action sequences which will also be shot in Spain. “A new international action director is being roped in to choreograph the action sequences. Apart from Shahrukh, John Abraham, who plays an antagonist, is also going to be a part of the shooting. The whole unit is preparing for the schedule. The VFX of the film is being done jointly by YRF’s visual effects studio YFX and Red Chillies VFX.
