The owner of the shop revealed that he sells around 80 kg of Imarti in a day. This delicious Imarti Moong Dal goes through a long process from soaking to dipping the freshly fried Imarti in caramel. The owner said that the specialty of this imarti is its natural ingredients and added colours.
