Mumbai: Filmmaker Punit Malhotra on Wednesday posted a monochrome picture with actor Shah Rukh Khan from the sets of his new project. Puneet shared the picture on Instagram, captioning which he wrote, “There are days that make it worth it. Just to be with the man on set… The charm, the charisma, the humility and the love is incomparable! Thank you.” ” @iamsrk sir for everything you do and for being so kind.”
In the picture, Punit can be seen directing King Khan while the actor patiently listens to him. Soon after sharing the picture, SRK fans flooded the comments section with red hearts and fire emoticons. A fan commented, “Only Shah Rukh Khan rules.” Another fan wrote, “Always so young. Our Shah Rukh Khan.” A fan wrote, “King Khan is looking dapper.” “What’s up?,” wrote another fan.
Meanwhile, SRK will next be seen in director Atlee’s upcoming action thriller film ‘Jawaan’ alongside south actors Nayanthara and Vijay Sethupathi. The film is all set to hit the theaters on 7th September. Apart from this, he also has director Rajkumar Hirani’s next ‘Dunky’ opposite Taapsee Pannu. The official release date of ‘Dunky’ is still awaited.
Punit, on the other hand, has directed Karan Johar’s production Student Of The Year 2, which marked the Bollywood debut of actors Ananya Panday and Tara Sutaria.
The film was released in 2019 and failed to impress the audience. Besides this, he also directed Imran Khan, Sonam Kapoor starrer romantic comedy I Hate Luv Storys and Gori Tere Pyar Mein.
