Sonakshi Sinha has issued an official statement on the rumors of non-bailable warrant issued against her. The actress called it a ‘piece of fiction’ and said it was an attempt to harass her. She said that it was a publicity stunt to attack her reputation.

“Rumours of non-bailable warrants being issued against me are doing rounds in the media, for a few days now without any authorization verification. This is completely fictitious and the work of an evil person who is trying to harass me. I Request to all media. Homes, journalists and news correspondents not to run this fake news as it is playing on agenda of this person to gain publicity. This man is purely to gain some publicity and my reputation. trying to extort money from me, which I have built with great pride over the years, please do not participate in this oppression plot by placing these malicious articles in the media.
“This matter is sub judice before Moradabad court and has been stayed by Allahabad High Court. My legal team will take all necessary action against him for contempt of court. This will be my only comment on this matter till Moradabad Court has given its verdict, so please do not approach me for this. I am at home and I can assure you that no warrant has been issued against me.”
