Sonakshi Sinha is currently basking in the success of her latest crime thriller ‘Dahad’. The actress has been receiving praise from the public for her impeccable performance. On receiving so much love, Sonakshi gifted a thematic painting to Zoya Akhtar and Reema Kagti, the makers of Dahad, as a token of gratitude. Directed by Reema Kagti and Ruchika Oberoi, the film also stars Gulshan Devaiah, Sohum Shah, Manyu Doshi, Yogi Sinha, Sanghamitra Hitaishi, Ratnabali Bhattacharjee, Nirmal Chiranian, Vijay Kumar Dogra, Abhishek Bhalerao and Waris Ahmed Zaidi.

Dahaad is a captivating series as it unfolds the intense situation of a police station where Sonakshi Sinha’s character Anjali Bhati and her team are on the hunt for an elusive serial killer played by Vijay Varma. Racing against the clock, they must carefully collect all the clues to catch the killer and end the crime spree.

Earlier, Sonakshi Sinha had talked about playing the role of a cop. The actress told News18, “Why should the boys have all the fun? We are representing more real and strong women on screen today.
