New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi said on Friday Somnath Temple A symbol of faith and culture where more than one crore pilgrims visit every year.
Speaking at the inauguration ceremony of Naveen circuit house Near Somnath: Temples in Gujarat The Prime Minister congratulated the Government of Gujarat and the Somnath Temple Trust for the project.
“Somnath is a symbol of faith and culture, with more than one crore pilgrims visiting every year, with new ideas and experiences. The circumstances in which the Somnath temple was destroyed, and the circumstances in which the temple was rebuilt, by their efforts Sardar Patel, they both have a big message for us as we celebrate independence Ka Amrit Mahotsav,” she added.

He further said that this building has been designed in such a way that people living here will also get ‘Sea View’.
“I am told that this building has been designed in such a way that the people living here will also get a ‘Sea View’, that is, when people sit here in their rooms peacefully, they can see the waves of the sea and even the top of the sea. Will be visible. Somnath will also be visible,” the Prime Minister said.
PM Modi said that the new circuit house will become the focal point of tourism and the landscaping has been done in such a way that every room has a view of the sea.
According to the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO), lakhs of devotees from all over the country and abroad visit the Somnath temple every year. The need for a new circuit house was felt as the existing government facility was located far away from the temple. The PMO said the new circuit house has been built at a cost of over Rs 30 crore and is located near the Somnath temple.
It is equipped with a high class of amenities including suites, VIP and deluxe rooms, conference rooms, auditorium halls etc. The landscaping has been done in such a way that every room has an ocean view.
