- First: Know the truth of Punjab’s electricity rates, power purchase agreement and 24 hours free electricity to the people of Punjab. - Second: Power Purchase Cost- Punjab is buying a unit for Rs 4.54. The national average is Rs 3.85. But one unit of Chandigarh electricity is Rs.3.44. I am buying. Punjab is excessively dependent on 3 private thermal plants. Punjab, which pays Rs 5-8 for a unit, is paying more than other states.
- Third: Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs)- Badal government had signed PPAs with 3 private thermal power plants in Punjab. - Sixth: The revenue earned on a unit in Punjab is the lowest in the whole of India. This has happened due to complete mismanagement of power purchase and supply system. PSPCL pays an additional Rs 0.18 for every unit supplied. This is when he gets a subsidy of 9 thousand crores from the state.

Punjab’s solar and biomass potential is not being utilized, while the central government has run many finance schemes, through which such projects can be made. Why the power game before Punjab elections?
Assembly elections are to be held in Punjab in 6 months.
