The Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust in Ayodhya is facing allegations of irregularities in the purchase of land. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has also reprimanded the officials regarding this matter and has called for a detailed report on the disputed land from the Ayodhya district administration. However, this case is completely different from the case in which the leaders of SP and AAP had alleged that the land worth Rs 2 crore was sold for Rs 18.5 crore.

In Ayodhya, the land which the trust has bought in Kot Ramchandra area for 2.5 crores is now being investigated. Sources in the Ayodhya district administration say that 100 years old documents are being searched after the instructions of the government. Efforts are being made to understand that after all this land really belongs to Nazul or is it private? If this land belongs to Nazul, was it renewed or not? To understand these things, now the documents of British times are also being extracted. After this, a complete report will be prepared and sent to the government.

Sources reveal that documents of Nazul office of Ayodhya and office of Sadar tehsil are also being checked. In this, documents are also being seen when the country was under British rule and at that time Faizabad was known as United Awadh Province.

According to the official, “A report has been sought regarding 890 square meters of land in Kot Ramchandra area of Ayodhya. In this, efforts are being made to find out whether this land is actually Nazul (government). If so, how was it sold without knowing the facts. For this, old documents are being extracted and efforts are being made to find out who was the real owner of this land and what is its old history.

Big allegations are being made against Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Trust regarding the purchase of land, but no official is ready to speak on this.

Was there an attempt to turn a blind eye despite knowing the truth?
Here, sources in the Ayodhya district administration claim that the role of the Ayodhya Sub Registrar Office in the alleged disputed land purchased by the trust is also being investigated. Efforts are on to find out whether there was an attempt to turn a blind eye even after knowing the truth. It is being told that two things are missing in the sale deed of the land purchased by Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Trust. First of all, whether the land purchased is Nazul’s or private. The second thing is that Ayodhya Mayor’s nephew Deep Narayan had sold this land to the trust, but his PAN number is not mentioned in the sale deed. If the documents prove that the land belongs to Nazul, then this deed can be canceled from the Registrar’s office.

The work of the Income Tax Department to punish the culprits
However, an official of Faizabad Tehsil office said on the condition of anonymity, “It is not our job to check the documents at the time of land deal. It is the responsibility of the Tehsil office. Documents are submitted for this and if the land actually belongs to Nazul, then its registry automatically stops and it is declared illegal.”

Asked by this officer that even the PAN card of the buyer has not been recorded in the deed of this land, he says, “It is the job of the Income Tax Department to find out and punish the guilty.” ”

Government representatives are not ready to open their mouths
When Dainik Bhaskar tried to know the reality from Ayodhya Sadar Tehsil Sub Registrar SB Singh regarding this matter, he did not give any answer to it. Said that he was not in a position to say anything in this matter. Although an attempt was made to contact Ayodhya DM Anuj Kumar Jha in this matter but he could not be available for talks.

On the other hand, when Bhaskar questioned the government’s cabinet minister and government spokesperson Siddharthnath Singh, he also did not give any answer to it. When Siddharthnath Singh was asked whether the disputed land belongs to Nazul or not? If the government has any information about this, then he said that in this matter you contact Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP), only you will be able to give official information.

After the allegations of scam in land purchase at Shri Ram Janmabhoomi, the Sangh had a meeting on Thursday in Mumbai regarding this whole matter.

VHP said – whoever has an objection should go to court
Bhaskar tried to know about the disputed land by talking to VHP national spokesperson Vinod Bansal regarding this matter. Regarding this matter, he said that people are deliberately trying to defame the trust. If anyone has the facts, he can approach the court. All roads are open. There, its side will be presented on behalf of the trust, then the court will decide.

But when an attempt was made from them to know whether the land belonged to Nazul or not, then the administration there would also tell, then what is the need to go to the court, did the trust try to find out the truth of the land before buying the land? No, he did not reply to this.

What is Nazul’s land?
Nazul lands in cities are in a way similar to the lands of village society in villages. The way the village society does not have the right to sell the land, it is given on lease. Similarly, the government can give Nazul’s land on lease. After the revolt of 1857, people who left their lands and houses in big cities or land that got stuck in some legal process were made the Custodian of the city development authority there. Where there are no development authorities, in some places this responsibility has also been entrusted to the municipal corporation.
