PATNA: All temples in the state capital are lavishly decorated with lights and flowers in and around their premises on the occasion of Mahashivratri, a festival celebrated to commemorate the marriage of the Lord. Shiv And Goddess Parvati is falling on Tuesday.

Mahashivratri is also celebrated in homes where people observe fast and offer special worship to Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati.
