When Shilpa Shetty is not busy with her work commitments, she makes sure to spend some time with her family. A dotting mother, her adorable pictures with son Viaan and daughter Samisha often leave her fans flooring. On February 15, Samisha rang on her 4th birthday. Fans showered the little munchkin with heartfelt birthday greetings on social media. But the most special wish came from her mother. Dropping a video montage on Instagram, featuring some special moments with Samisha, Shilpa Shetty penned a heartwarming birthday note. Calling her daughter “gudiya” the Sukhee actress said that the “world is a better place” ever since she arrived.

“My Gudiya. Barely 4 years old, but holds all the love, compassion, bravery, sensibility, and empathy one can possibly have. Happy birthday, my jaan. Thank you for choosing me, you wonderful soul. We love you so much… the world is a better place ever since you arrived,” read Shilpa Shetty’s lovely note. The video offered a collection of glimpses featuring Samisha’s cutesy moments. In the first one, the little one was seen sitting on a couch playing with their pet dog. She caressed and hugged the animal affectionately.

In another frame, Samisha was in her mother’s arms. She had her mouth open to have a bite of a lollipop. Shilpa Shetty sported a goofy expression, mimicking her child. Both twinned in floral ensembles, underling the sweet mother-daughter relationship. The video also contained picture embeddings of Samisha in various moods, looking adorable. Shilpa’s husband-businessman Raj Kundra made an appearance in the visual clip, alongside his wife and daughter. The family had beaming smiles on their faces.

Soon after the video surfaced on the internet, a flurry of reactions appeared in the comments. Bipasha Basu went “aww” and wished Samisha a happy birthday. Farah Khan called the little one an “angel” showering her with love. Dia Mirza and Sophie Choudary also sent Samisha heart birthday greetings.

Shilpa Shetty and Raj Kundra got married in November 2009. The couple welcomed their son Viaan three years later in May 2012. They became proud parents to Samisha in 2020 via surrogacy.

On the work front, Shilpa Shetty was last seen in the Amazon Prime cop-action drama Indian Police Force. Directed collaboratively by Rohit Shetty, Sneha Shetty Kohli, and Sushwanth Prakash, the web series also stars Sidharth Malhotra, Vivek Oberoi, Sharad Kelkar, and Shweta Tripathi among others.
