Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty, who took the oath of yoga, has made another entry in her gratitude journal. And, the entry is about his Friday mood. The Baazigar actress has shared two posts in a series. In the first post, which is a video, the fitness enthusiast can be seen reaching out to a lush tree canopy amid the beautiful weather, while the next slide reads “Grateful: the wind in my hair.” Sharing the post, the actress wrote in the caption, “It’s a blessing to take a few moments off in the day just to soak in the sun and feel the wind in my hair,” she ended the caption with a heart emoticon and a hashtag. “Gratitude 52, Week 10, Peace, Calm, Peace, Blessed and Grateful”.
Earlier, Shilpa Shetty shared a picture of a dinner plate and revealed that she is ‘grateful for healthy food’. She wrote, “I love and live by this quote by Mr. Deepak Chopra, ‘Fill your plate with the colors of the rainbow. What is pleasing to the eye, pleasing to the body’. Nourishers of mind, body and soul So thankful for the healthy food”, she ended her caption with a heart emoticon and hashtags like “healthy eating, healthy lifestyle, healthy diet, clean eating, grateful,” etc.
As part of her eighth week entry, the actress left a super simple post. It was about drinking water. The Dhadkan actress dropped a picture in which she is drinking a glass of water. Shilpa wrote, “In times like these, let us be mindful of the luxuries that we get for free. Uninterrupted access to clean drinking water is a blessing we enjoy, but are rarely grateful for. Let’s make sure we don’t misuse it. Jal hi jeevan hai (water is life),” she ended her caption with a water drop and a heart emoticon. Check it out here:
On the work front, the 46-year-old is currently part of the panel of judges for India’s Got Talent Season 9. Next, the actress will be next seen in Sonal Joshi-directed Sukhi, for which shooting has already begun in Mumbai. Last, he was seen in Priyadarshan directed Hungama 2, which also starred Meezaan Jaffrey and Paresh Rawal in lead roles.
