Shilpa Shetty said after husband Raj Kundra got bail – beautiful things can happen even after the storm

Minutes after her husband Raj Kundra was granted bail in a pornography case, actress Shilpa Shetty shared an insightful thought on her social media that “beautiful things can happen after a bad storm.” Shilpa shared a quote on her Instagram story, which read, “Rainbow exists to prove that beautiful things can happen even after a bad storm.” The ‘Dhadkan’ star’s post comes after a Mumbai court on Monday granted bail to her husband Raj Kundra on a surety of Rs 50,000 in a pornography case.

The court has also granted bail to Kundra’s aide Ryan Thorpe. He will also have to furnish a surety of Rs 50,000. Kundra’s counsel Niranjan Mundargi said, “We had submitted (before the court) that charge sheet has been filed in the case and hence, we are now filing for bail, which has been cleared by the court.”

Meanwhile, the property cell of Mumbai Crime Branch submitted a 1500-page supplementary charge sheet against businessman Kundra in the pornography case before the Esplanade Court. According to the information shared by Mumbai Police on Thursday, the 1500-page chargesheet contains statements of 43 witnesses, including Shilpa.

In the chargesheet, statements of actress Sherlyn Chopra, Sejal Shah, many models and employees of Kundra’s company are recorded. The chargesheet also includes the names of two wanted accused in the case.

Kundra was arrested by the police on July 19 along with 11 others for allegedly making obscene films.

Recently, Shilpa had visited Mata Vaishno Devi temple in Katra, Jammu and Kashmir to seek the blessings of God. In the pictures that have gone viral on the internet, she is seen riding on a horse to the temple. He also interacted with other devotees there.

Meanwhile, on the work front, after taking a brief hiatus after Raj’s arrest, Shilpa is once again busy judging the dance reality show ‘Super Dancer 4’ with Geeta Kapoor and Anurag Basu. On the film front, she was recently seen in Priyadarshan’s Hungama 2.
